Booking and Payment

1.1. Bookings can be made online through our website using the function “BOOK NOW” and following
the instruction on the calendar. You can also send us an e-mail, call us or book directly in person, when
in contact with one of our guides.
1.2. A payment of 100% of the tour cost is required at the time of booking.
1.3. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or in cash. All payments are processed
in Euros (EUR).

Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received.
2.2. We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before the day of the activity. If you cancel 24 hours before
the activity starts, we will refund you 50% of the total amount paid. Please note that we are not able to
issue any refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the activity start time. No-shows and
late arrivals (maximum 15 minutes) will not be refunded.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please be aware that we may have turned
away other customers to reserve a spot for you. By cancelling in a timely manner, you allow us the
opportunity to offer your spot to someone else.
2.3. If we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund of the tour cost or
an alternative tour if available.

Tour Itinerary

3.1. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary if necessary due to weather conditions or other
unforeseen circumstances.
3.2. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary to improve the tour experience, subject to
availability and cost.
3.3. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
3.4. If we have to cancel any part of the tour, we will refund you the proportionate amount of the total
tour cost paid for that part.

Liability and Responsibility

4.1. We will make every effort to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests during the tour.
4.3. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary caused by events outside of
our control.
4.4. Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour and must follow instructions given
by the guide.
4.5. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the tour.

 

Insurance


5.1. Participants are required to have their own travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal
accident, and repatriation.
5.2. We recommend that participants take out cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen
circumstances that may result in cancellation of the tour.

Photography and Video


6.1. We reserve the right to take photographs and videos during the tour and to use them for
promotional purposes.
6.2. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the guide at the start of the
tour.

Complaints

7.1. Any complaints should be made in writing within 7 days of the end of the tour.
7.1. Any complaints during the tour, must be addressed to the tour guide immediately.
7.2. We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly.
7.3. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may submit a written complaint to us within 14 days
of the tour date.
7.4. We will investigate any complaints and respond within 30 days.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law.
8.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish
courts.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

9.1. By booking a tour with us, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
9.2. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be
available on our website.

 

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment Institution.
Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward
the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.
